SLTU CALLS FOR FURTHER ACTION ON SCHOOL SECURITY

The St. Lucia Teachers’ Union (SLTU) is standing firm on its demand for enhanced security at the nation’s schools, in light of the crime situation. The SLTU’s president Don Howell says the SLTU wants to see definitive steps taken to address the security concerns of its members as well as the provision of Psycho-Social Help for students and teachers impacted by crime.
