The ministry of education has broken its silence on recent widely-circulated videos of minors being bullied. The first of these recent videos features a secondary school student being hit by his peers and forced to make specific statements about himself, this sparked outrage among members of the public, with his mother taking to the airwaves to voice her complaint. She later said that neither the school nor the ministry of education had contacted her on the matter. On Friday the ministry of education through the permanent secretary issued a statement.
