Kluivert Mitchel continues to hold onto the reins as he made a clean sweep of the two events held by the St Lucia Cycling Association last weekend, stamping his authority in the sport so far this season.
Mitchel emerged victorious in the races held on June 17 and 18, consisting of the 32 km National Individual Time Trial in a time of 47mins 02.92 secs at an average speed of 40.76km per hour, over Fidel Esnard by 5mins 52 secs for second place and Winston Williams by 7 mins 11secs for 3rd place.
Mathew Louis, the first junior, finished in 57mins 40.79 secs averaging 33.26km/hr.
Denver Alphonse finished 1st in the 16km Cadet U-17 category in 29mins 05.56 secs averaging 33.05km/hr.

The lone female rider Seraphina William finished in the Minime U-15 category with a time of 31 mins 42.49 secs averaging 30.24 km/hr.
In the 103km Road race; Kluivert came first in a time of 2hrs 47mins 35.35 secs averaging 36.86km/hr., over Winston Williams by 7 mins 59secs in 2nd place and Fidel Esnard by 22mins 49secs for 3rd place.
Omari Victor was 1st in the 68.8km road Race in the Cadet U-17 Category in 2hrs 12mins 51.24 secs averaging 31.06km/hr., over Denver Alphonse in a sprint finish.
Seraphina William finished 1st in the 34 km mixed U-15 category in 1hr 4mins 27.34 secs averaging 32km/hr.
