ARCHBISHOP CALLS FOR ELIMINATION OF BAM BAM WALL

The archbishop Gabriel Malzaire has denounced the vulgarity witnessed during the parade of the bands on carnival Monday and Tuesday. Archbishop Malzaire in a statement bearing the title, a reflection on carnival 2023 expressed concern about the messages carnival costumes and behaviors may be sending across to future generations. It was not an all scathing statement, the archbishop applauded the creativity of some of the songs and some of the costumes.
