Madonna posted video of herself gyrating on two scantily clad women and grinding on a male guest at her son’s blowout 18th birthday party Sunday.
The “Material Girl” singer — who recently recovered from a life-threatening health scare in June — was on hand to celebrate David Banda at New York City hot spot The Fleur Room.
An insider told Page Six about 40 people attended the private bash, which began with dinner at the rooftop venue, before transforming into a dance party.
David’s younger siblings, Chifundo “Mercy” James, 17, and twins Stella and Estere, 11, were also in attendance at the wild bash, which was documented on Madonna’s Instagram page.
“Happy 18th Birthday David Banda! Tribal Name -Senzangakhona- . Descendant of the Ngoni Tribe.!,” the “Vogue” singer captioned a video from the raucous party.
“It is impossible to believe that almost 18 years have gone by since We met you in Mchinji at Home of Hope Orphanage! Your name means ‘Speak the truth’!,” she continued.
“I couldn’t think of a better name for an artist! You are growing into a truly remarkable human being! We are all so proud or you! ♥️🇲🇼. You light up like the brightest star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️.”
In the video, Madonna is seen grinding between a woman wearing a sheer ensemble, which exposed her nipples, and another guest who donned a maxi dress with two daring slits.
The Grammy winner, for her part, stunned in a black mini blazer dress, which was fastened with large colorful safety pins, and a pair of silver, bedazzled shades.
She accessorized with a silver chain necklace, fishnet stockings, and silver knee-high boots, as she carried a handbag which read, “THIEF.”
Other clips featured guests twerking, Madonna’s youngest kids hitting the DJ decks, and the birthday boy blowing out the candles on his cake.
At one point, Madonna hit the dance floor, and appeared to be grinding with another male guest at the party.

“Just imagine getting to party all night with Madonna 😍,” another person person chimed in.
A third fan referenced a clip of the mother-son duo hugging before toasting with glasses of champagne.
“The way he smiles and toasts his mum at the end, adorable 💔💔,” they wrote.
When Madonna visited Malawi for a humanitarian trip in 2006 with her ex-husband Guy Richie, the then-couple decided to adopt David from Home of Hope, an orphanage in the capital city of Lilongwe.
She later described her special bond with the teenager during a rare interview about her kids.
“He’s the one I have the most in common with,” she told British Vogue in 2019.
“I feel like he gets me; he has more of my DNA than any of my children so far.”
Noticeably absent from the bash were Madonna’s eldest children, Lourdes Leon 26, and Rocco Ritchie, 23.
The pair, whom the Queen of Pop also shares with her movie director ex, are currently in France for Paris Fashion Week.
The celebration came on the heels of the “Holiday” singer’s recovery from a health scare that landed her in the intensive care unit earlier this summer.
Page Six exclusively revealed that she had been rushed to a New York City hospital and intubated after developing a “serious bacterial infection.”
The performer broke her silence in July to thank her six children for supporting her recovery. She also announced rescheduled dates for her upcoming world tour, which kicks off in London on Oct. 14.
