Cindy Crawford is in a desert state of mind.
The supermodel, 57, recently ventured out to Joshua Tree National Park for a very Daisy Duke-inspired photoshoot that saw her “playing dress up” in tiny jean shorts, cowboy boots and graphic tees.
Crawford shared a behind-the-scenes look at the project with photographer David Yarrow, shooting images that will raise money for The American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, where her brother was treated for leukemia.
“Yesterday we spent a day in the desert 🌵— watching the sunrise in Joshua Tree and ending the day on the iconic Route 66. Thanks to the whole team for making it a great day,” the mom of two wrote on Instagram Friday.
In one pic, Crawford wears jeans with a blue T-shirt on the aforementioned Route 66 before swapping them for itty-bitty cutoffs paired with a Willie Nelson T-shirt, cowboy hat and Western boots.
“You with a cowgirl hat and boot’s [sic] definitely looks like a fun shoot!” one person commented.
Another called Crawford “still the best supermodel 🔥.”
While the catwalker’s white tee and jean shorts might remind fans of her iconic ’90s Pepsi commercial, the fashion legend has been experimenting with her looks as of late.

Crawford recently frightened fans when she “tested” bangs out on Instagram, with plenty of people warning her not to chop off her locks for real.
She appears to have listened, posing fringe-free for her recent desert shoot.
With rumors that daughter Kaia Gerber is engaged to “Elvis” star Austin Butler, perhaps we’ll soon see Crawford trying on another role — this time as mother of the bride.
