Danielle Cabral defends Teresa Giudice’s marriage amid ‘sad’ Louie criticism

Danielle Cabral is confident that Teresa Giudice is safe inside her love bubble with husband Luis “Louie” Ruelas.

“He is so amazing. You know, so it’s a hard world to hear people talk bad,” the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star exclusively tells Page Six, acknowledging viewers’ “sad” concerns over perceived “red flags” in Ruelas and Giudice’s relationship.

“But I know how good he is,” Cabral adds. “He’s such a good guy.”

Since entering Giudice’s life in 2020, Ruelas has routinely raised eyebrows among the Bravo fandom — from alarming social media videos and his perplexing decision to wear Giudice’s late father’s pajamas, angry on-camera rants and a recent harassment lawsuit.

“With … so many red flags do you think Louie Ruelas could possibly be the subject of Hulu’s next scandalous documentary?” Adam Newell, the host of YouTube’s “Up and Adam!” asked in a Thursday tweet.

Meanwhile, others have credited Ruelas for Giudice’s estrangement from her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa Gorga.

“All I see when i see #Louie is red flags. He’s isolating her from family,” an individual tweeted on May 9.

But Cabral insists the optics are deceiving.

“They really don’t know what they’re talking about and they’re reaching,” she says of Ruelas and Giudice’s critics. “And it’s … sad … because I know how much they love each other.”

Cabral witnessed the couple exchange vows in an elaborate Garden State Aug. 6, 2022, wedding ceremony, captured for Bravo’s “Teresa Gets Married” special that aired Tuesday.

The lavish event — attended by such “Real Housewives” icons as Dorinda Medley, Kenya Moore and Phaedra Parks — was a “testament” to the couple’s devotion to each other, Cabral tells us.

“I’ve never been to a more stunning wedding in my life. It was such a beautiful spectacle,” she enthuses.

“From Teresa’s hair to the dancers showing off their bodies and letting their chuckalinis hang out, I’d never seen anything like it! They really went all out for this, which represents their relationship in a way. They’re all in, baby.”

The married mom of two — who shares son Dominic, 8, and daughter Valentina, 5, with husband Nate Cabral — hopes naysayers can shift their perspective away from Ruelas’ checkered history and instead celebrate Giudice’s happiness.

“I just said this to someone, ‘If for some reason, this guy turns out to be a lunatic, a crazy’ — which he’s not, but look how happy she is,” Danielle says.

“Who are you to tell her who she should not be with? She’s so happy. I mean, let me tell you, they’re really happy. They’re not faking it. Let them live their lives out happily,” she continues. “And he is so amazing.”

While Cabral enjoyed getting to know Giudice and Ruelas throughout her first season of “New Jersey,” she was also thrilled to promote her Bougie Kidz children’s clothing business while filming the unscripted hit.

“It’s been a joy for me to showcase that side of me. I’m a businesswoman and I’m proud of it. And I’ve got big dreams,” she says.

“One day, I hope to be like Bethenny Frankel. She is someone I aspire to be like, for sure. She started out small and then she soared. That’s how I’m trying to be because the sky really is the limit.”

Part one of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” Season 13 reunion airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
